I have to agree with the other reviewers. These boxes are a good deal for the price and if you need something last minute. However, they are not the most sturdy or the toughest material. Like another reviewer, I too had improperly cut boxes. It wasn't enough to make the box unusable, but it does affect the integrity. The extra packaging materials (bubble wrap, paper, marker, etc) are a welcomed accessory.
Last word of advice. These are great for a short move, but I would not use if you are making a BIG (aka another state/country) move.

The supplies came in a big awkward box. There were two horribly poor quality rolls of packing tape that had reminded me very much of Saran wrap. Unfortunately, the tape would frequently rip or tear and was too flimsy and soft to use one go around on either side of the boxes (I used three). The boxes themselves would have been alright if not for the slight manufacturing defects in three or four of the 20 boxes where there was an extra piece of a box in the middle of the glued joints of the boxes. I had to rip them off or they would have stuck out when stacking them. I had to tape up the boxes' joints after performing this surgery. The bubble wrap and paper were ok. The only qualms I have with those items are that the bubble wrap is hard to tear ( not well perforated pieces), and the paper was recycled paper mixed with new paper. I would have maybe wanted more uniformity with the paper, as the new-looking paper was glossy and slick and very hard to wrap my glass an fragile objects in.

The boxes were a little thin and the tape was of poor quality.
If I had to do it again - I wouldn't buy a "moving pack" I'd buy the boxes and get the tape at walmart and the packing paper at u-haul.

I kept trying to get used boxes, but didn't work out, so I bought this set. In the future, I am SO getting this again. The boxes are a little lightweight, but they did their job. Didn't break, wasn't too heavy...even the box with books. This set was big enough to move my entire apartment - studio apartment, 2 balconies, walk in closet and full kitchen. I didn't like the tape very much though. The first roll got stuck on the roll after one use and I wasn't able to get it back (usually, I'll cut the roll, peel away those layers and it usually unsticks from there, but not this time), but the other roll was more than enough *although I didn't tape the tops closed, just folded them closed.*. I also didn't know there was paper in the bottom of the box until I pulled out the last box and saw it all rolled up at the bottom. I felt a little stupid. The company was great to work with. I had asked UPS to hold the box and I'd pick it up. I ended up not getting down to the place by the time it was sent back. I emailed the company and they sent me out a new set immediately (they even gave me the option of a refund). I would certainly order this set again. It was so much easier to order the moving supplies and have them delivered.
