Review by John Farolan, 2010-03-31
This book is unique because it doesn't just generally explain what goes on during an audit, appeal, or settlement. It's written by someone who used to work for the IRS, so it portrays an inside account of what occurs internally at each step in the process; i.e. audit, appeal, tax court etc.
I really recommend it to anyone entering tax practice.
