Great lease option reference for home buyers

Review by Darcy, 2008-08-30

This book covers the lease option process in great detail. I've been trying to find information on this subject for several months; the few home-buying books and websites that even mention it only include a few basic sentences which are worthless to someone like me who is considering lease option as a way to purchase my first home. (I believe the books mentioned by the first reviewer are geared more for investors and house flipping). I'm very happy to have found this book; what I've learned from the author will be of great value to me in the coming months.

Not A Bad Place To Start Your Studies

Review by John Michailidis, 2007-11-10

There certainly are things in this book that you should know, so in that sense it is a book that you should read when you have the time. That said, these books and CD's might be alternatives you want to look into if you are serious about learning the rent-to-own process:

1. The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Building Wealth Buying Houses: The Foolproof Roadmap to Real Estate Riches Without the Risks and Hassles of Landlording

2. The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Building Wealth Buying Houses (Combo Audio/Data CD): Author's Audio Commentary Plus Downloadable 32-page Marketing Manual, Checklists, Spreadsheets, and Forms

3. Investing in Real Estate With Lease Options and "Subject-To" Deals : Powerful Strategies for Getting More When You Sell, and Paying Less When You Buy.

A related program that's well worth checking out is:

The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Personal Wealth Creation (Combo Audio/Data CD): Audio Seminar With Downloadable 40-Page Action Manual and Active Link Library.
